Credited with simulating the first on-screen orgasm (and also appearing nude) in a 1933 film called Ecstasy, Hedy Lamarr may not have been much of an actress, but such was her outstanding beauty it was said Vivien Leigh was selected for Gone With The Wind as much for her resemblance to 'the most beautiful woman in film' as to Scarlett O'Hara.
